What is RAMANUJAN IT City?

Ramanujan IT City is a humble tribute from the TATA Group to one of the worlds most renowned mathematicians, Srinivasa Ramanujan. TRIL Infopark Limited is a joint venture with Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL), Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Company (TIDCO). Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons.

Who are the Architects ?

Skidmore, Owings and Merill (SOM) – USA. Some of their projects include Burj Khalifa-Dubai, Sears Towers-Chicago and the Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport-Mumbai, etc.

What is the total office space available in Ramanujan IT City?

4.5 million sq. ft. spread over 6 blocks.

What is the typical floor plan area?

The typical floor plan area is in the range of approximately 50,000 sq ft – 1,00,000 sq. ft. and varies as per blocks.

Minimum area that can be leased ?

The minimum area for lease is 12,500 Sq ft.

How many floors are there in each block ?

Ground+12 floors.

What about car-parking facilities in Ramanujan IT SEZ ?

5 Levels of seamless car parking is provided. Parking is in the ratio of 1:1000.

What amenities are provided ?

Amenities include ATMs, Food Court, Health Club, etc.

In case of power failure, is there power back-up facility ?

Yes. 100% fully automatic backup DG with N+1 configuration is provided for lighting, power and AC.

Is the building Eco-friendly and Energy efficient ?
Yes. The project is a LEED pre-certified Gold rated Greenbuilding. It is also IMS certified.

When is it ready for occupancy ?

Being developed in a phased manner, the first two blocks of IT SEZ, Hardy Tower and Carr Tower are currently occupied by some of the top IT companies of the world. At the third block, Neville Tower, some clients have commenced fit outs. The fourth block Littlewood Tower, would be ready for fit-outs by June 2013.

Will the IT SEZ be available as an outright purchase or is it on lease ?

The IT SEZ will be on a lease contract.
